CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear Patient,

 

Thank you for respecting my time and for the study that I put into your treatment plan in order to achieve your health goals.   I'm sure you will appreciate that as a small business owner these are challenging times and it has therefore been necessary to implement a cancellation policy.   Your treatment is individual to you and much study goes into your treatment plan before your appointment so that you receive the best possible prescription.  When patients cancel last minute or fail to show up, unfortunately my work is wasted as it is uniquely tailored to them.  It is also extremely difficult to offer this valuable appointment to another patient at short notice resulting in a financial loss to the business.

You will always be sent a text to confirm your appointment no later than 48 hours before, giving you ample opportunity to either cancel or rearrange your appointment.  You don't need to give a reason why you can't make it.   I simply ask that you respect my time and provide the required notice.

If you do incur a cancellation fee, on settling this I will contact you by text or email to re-arrange another appointment should you wish to rebook.

PLEASE GIVE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE SHOULD YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON.

 

You will be charged the Full Treatment Cost if you fail to give a minimum of 24hrs notice

You will be expected to settle your outstanding charges before making another appointment and can do this by BACS transfer or by Card Payment by phone.
