Relax your body and mind as Emma guide's you through a deeply restorative, insightful, illuminating, nature-inspired Yoga Nidra followed by a Crystal Singing Bowl and Gong Sound Bath. Donna will charge the room with reiki and give individual treatments to everyone.
A wonderful way to give yourself the pure treat of deep rest, nourishing, healing, recharging, and to support your purpose in life. Deep breathing to clear any old stagnant energy, re-set and re-charge your whole self.

Be bathed in deeply relaxing, fully immersive healing tones, vibrations and sensations with a fascinating mixture of the pure sound of beautiful crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, shamanic instruments and drums.
Emma’s sound baths are very healing allowing you to go even deeper into your Nidra meditation practice as a fully felt experience. You relax at a profound level, your body finds its natural balance while creating vibrational space for insights and exploration.
People often find a resolution for emotional issues and a sense of coming home to themselves. We will start with light seated stretches to prepare the body, sense into our intention, create a sound altogether with the ancient mantra, then lay down in Shavasana (corpse pose) with soft blankets and as many pillows as you wish to deeply rest your body while you are guided through a journey of great inner discovery.
Connect internally, and find a sense of calm in the mind and body, releasing muscle tension, lower blood pressure, slow down the heart rate and regulate breathing. It’s rejuvenating and a great way to re-charge your batteries..
Yoga Nidra, typically translated as “Yogic Sleep,” is an invitation to a sleep-like state where we lay down in relaxation to be guided in meditation around the body to deeply relax into our own inner bliss.
Yoga Nidra can release tension, stress and anything that is no longer useful while replacing it with a heartfelt desire for yourself, your Sankalpa.
Yoga Nidra can improve sleep patterns and concentration, regulate blood pressure and digestion, calm the nervous system and connect you to your own source of healing and power to manifest what you desire.
Yoga Nidra enables you to relax fully and consciously in a short period of time. It will leave you fully rested, rejuvenated, calm and free of stress. Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a wonderful deep relaxation which supports your asana (physical yoga) practise and helps you find deep rest and stillness, reducing daily stress by teaching pratyahara - turning attention inward for your own healing awareness and Dharana - concentration, meditation to deepen your yoga.
